Training and Development
At Hayleys Advantis the development of our people is critical to our mission to be the leading provider of transportation services in Sri Lanka. We aim to help our people reach the peak of their capabilities so they can operate effectively at the forefront of this exciting and demanding industry.
Training is most intense at the entry level. In addition to product and business training, staff members often undergo inter-divisional programs that provide a broader perspective on the group and its businesses. Our in-house training facility has a comprehensive library facility, auditorium facilities and a calendar of training programs utilizing both internal and external resource personnel.
Life at Hayleys Advantis is brimming with events and employees can pursue their interests in a wide variety of areas. Sports facilities include squash, badminton and tennis as well as a gym. There is also an in house library that provides employees with a variety of reading material.
Various social events ranging from Bowling Tournaments and Sports Days to Formal Dinner Dances provide opportunities for active, unhindered participation and bring us closer to each other and to ourselves, making work fun.
We at Hayleys Advantis strongly believe in giving back to society. Thus our various charity projects bring together individuals with a common aim so that they may contribute to society’s wellbeing.
