Hayleys Advantis, the transportation and logistics arm of Hayleys PLC, proudly secured the Gold Award for the eighth consecutive year in the ‘Service Organisation’ category at the TAGS Awards 2024, hosted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka).
Celebrating its 59th edition under the theme ‘Digital Edge – Enriching Corporate Reporting Excellence,’ the TAGS Awards highlight the importance of transparency and accountability in corporate reporting, recognising organisations that set benchmarks in clarity and stakeholder communication. The event also celebrates companies that go beyond compliance, showcasing how robust reporting practices reflect a strong commitment to corporate governance and sustainability. This year, the Advantis Group launched its first-ever integrated annual report, themed ‘Certain as the Sun.’ This milestone publication introduced the Group’s pioneering ESG strategy, ‘HELIOS,’ further emphasising its commitment to long-term sustainability. The theme and strategy symbolised reliability, resilience, and a forward-thinking approach, mirroring the perpetual dependability of the sun.
The report provided stakeholders with a comprehensive view of both financial and non-financial performance, highlighting Advantis’ dedication to value creation and addressing key environmental, social, and governance challenges.
